I had a terrible experience ordering from Hotel Charlie. I ordered Mushroom Salt & Pepper, but it was missing from my order. Instead of Butter Paratha, they sent me Naan. This is completely unacceptable! I tried reaching out to Swiggy for support, but they haven’t responded. I even called the restaurant multiple times, but no one picked up. This feels like a scam, and my money is completely wasted. Very disappointed with both the restaurant and Swiggy’s service. Would not recommend ordering from here Food: 1 Service: 1
