I recently stayed at Chail Regency and had a mixed experience. The rooms are spacious and clean, which was definitely a positive aspect of the stay. Housekeeping standards were good, and the room size made the stay comfortable. The location is average — not exceptional, but acceptable. The views from the hotel are pleasant, adding some charm to the surroundings. However, the service quality was very poor, which significantly affected the overall experience. The staff response time was slow, and service lacked professionalism. The restaurant service was particularly disappointing. At breakfast, we had to place an order and then wait nearly 45 minutes to be served, which is not acceptable for a hotel of this price range. The food taste was average, nothing special, and the tea quality was very poor. Breakfast overall was not satisfactory in terms of both variety and service speed. Considering the room tariffs are quite high, the hotel does not justify its pricing when compared to the amenities and service standards provided. While the room size and cleanliness are good, improvements in service quality, food standards, and dining management are very much needed. Overall: Comfortable rooms but disappointing service and food experience. Not good value for money. Service: 1

I stayed at Hotel Chail Residency recently, and my experience was a mix of good and disappointing. On the positive side, the rooms were very neat, clean, and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable. The location is also a big highlight – surrounded by peace and greenery, with an awesome view right from the property. It’s the kind of place where you can truly relax and enjoy your time with family or friends away from the noise of the city. The negative part, however, was the food. We ordered halwa, but it was poorly prepared – cooked in oil, without dry fruits, and the taste was pathetic. On top of that, they charged ₹150 for a very small bowl, which felt overpriced. Other food items too were served in small portions compared to the price, so the overall dining experience was not at all satisfactory. In summary, if you are looking for cleanliness, good views, and a peaceful environment, this hotel is definitely worth staying at. But if you are expecting good food or value for money in meals, I would not recommend it. Service: 3
