We do not want any of our customers facing any kind of inconvenience on their special days and we apologise for all kind of issues that you have faced irrespective of whether they were within or beyond our control but same event and reviews on different dates for what reasons? Almost a month since the event has happened and so much of efforts to ensure the business is hampered! Also just a tip off that we do not control the electricity but we do have a generator backup and your concern was regarding how the backup is taking 5 minutes to restart everything :) also the ACs were in perfect condition as we have received separate payment for the use of ACs!
