The hotel staff delivered exceptional service specially Pranjali and made the entire event truly memorable. From the very beginning, she was attentive, warm, and extremely professional, ensuring every detail was handled smoothly. Her coordination with the décor, food service, and guest arrangements was flawless, allowing us to enjoy the celebration stress-free. She went above and beyond to accommodate last-minute requests and always did so with a smile. Her dedication, efficiency, and positive attitude reflected a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Thanks to her outstanding service, the event was beautifully managed and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended.

I am a regular customer of Casa, Aishbagh, and I usually feel very comfortable and happy with the service provided by most of your staff. Overall, my experience has been positive, which is why I am writing this feedback with concern. However, for the past few days, I have noticed an issue that I find very inconvenient and unprofessional. One of the staff members, Pranjali, keeps the washroom locked. As a customer, I have to request every day for the washroom to be unlocked. I have never experienced this kind of management practice before. Being told to “call me whenever you need to use the washroom” feels inappropriate and uncomfortable for a customer. Additionally, I have observed that she often gossips in public areas and openly criticizes the upper management, which creates a negative atmosphere for customers. I usually do not raise complaints, but this experience has left me quite dissatisfied. If such issues continue, it would be difficult for me to recommend Casa to others. I kindly request you to look into this matter and take the necessary action to ensure a better customer experience.

I went on a business trip and stayed at Hotel Casa Aishbagh. Rooms are great, there's greenry everywhere and a feel of tradition. They have a nursery with bonsai and miniature sculptures made out of mud/clay which is an added beauty to the surroundings. Miss Zehra's polite and humble nature at the plant nursery was commendable.
