On 03/02/25 We ordered some really tempting kunafa desserts. The kitchen was in full view from my seat—big mistake. First red flag? The staff’s uniforms looked super unhygienic. Then, I witnessed the horror. The guy prepping our kunafa was bare-handed, splitting that dough like a pro. Not ideal, but fine, I guess. And just when I thought I could let it slide, he paused, reached down, and gave his leg a good ol’ scratch—like a deep, soul-satisfying one. Then, without missing a beat, he went right back to splitting the rest of the kunafa dough. Food: 1
