I recently visited Hotel Bright in Shimoga ( opposite KSRTC BUS STATION). and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered grilled chicken, which had a terrible smell and seemed to be old. The quality of the food was unacceptable. Moreover, the staff were extremely unprofessional and communicated poorly. They were unhelpful and made me feel trapped in a difficult situation. It was only with the assistance of the police that I was able to resolve the issue. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience. The food quality and service need significant improvement Service: 1
