The receptionist was unprofessional/ uneducated and making no sense. He told lower price before showing the room but mentioned the room no & after I make my mind to stay he increased the price. Owner should hire someone who is educated not a cheap personality

Hotel rooms are good with great location beside the beas river. But in our booking with Deluxe rooms, AC is not included, which surprised us.

You booked the rooms through dealers and they booked normal rooms , so please contact your dealers regarding this issue
