Hotel maintained well, food taste is Good, But staff behaviour is worst There one person namely Tilak in parcel section behaves like he is serving good for free of cost. Inspite many complaints to management there is no action as per regular customers.

I recently visited Hotel Basota Multicuisine Family Restaurant & Lodge for lunch, and it was a truly delightful experience. The highlight of the meal was the mutton biryani, which was cooked to perfection, with tender meat and flavorful spices. I also had the opportunity to try some of their special non-vegetarian dishes, each bursting with authentic flavors and beautifully presented. One of my colleagues, who is vegetarian, was equally impressed. He enjoyed a variety of vegetarian dishes that were just as delicious, with fresh ingredients and mouthwatering flavors. It’s refreshing to find a restaurant that caters equally well to both vegetarian and non-vegetarian preferences. The ambiance of the restaurant is warm and inviting, making it an ideal place for families and groups. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that we were comfortable throughout our visit. The service was impressively quick, even during a busy lunch hour, which added to the overall positive experience. The only drawback was the parking situation. As there is no dedicated parking space, finding a spot nearby can be a bit of a challenge, especially during peak hours. However, this is a minor inconvenience compared to the exceptional food and service the restaurant offers. Overall, Hotel Basota Multicuisine Family Restaurant & Lodge is a fantastic spot for anyone looking to enjoy a variety of delicious dishes in a friendly and efficient setting. I highly recommend it for both food lovers and families alike!
