The great location of Hotel Awana makes it easy to reach by any transport. The terrific staff reflects the style and character of this place. Enjoyable service is something that guests note in their reviews. But a number of clients who use Google didn't give this spot a high rating.

The hotel is amazing, no doubt the view is excellent and the overall ambience is very pleasant. However, the restaurant manager, Mr. Kaji, needs to improve his behaviour and communication skills while dealing with clients, especially corporate guests. Professional and polite interaction with customers would make the experience even better.
