yesterday hotel was 7.5km distance so i subscribe for gold membership for delivery free but today the hotel was 10.5 km for same location....just 500 meter extra for free delivery how cheap your strategy is

worst experience in my life. I have ordered in many hotels but I have never seen this type of service. Quantity also poor and no sauce and mayonnaise in the pack. Don't cheat on your customers like this in food items. Surely it will cause dissatisfaction on your hotel.
