The food quality here is good, but unfortunately the overall experience was not up to the mark. The service needs a lot of improvement. The staff were reluctant to switch on the AC and even after requesting more than once, it took time before it was turned on. This made the dining experience uncomfortable. Menu management is another issue – several items listed were not available, which was disappointing. Even basic things like tissue papers were missing on the tables, and we had to ask for them separately. These small details matter a lot in creating a good impression. If the management focuses on improving customer service, ensuring menu availability, and taking care of basic amenities, this place can truly match the good quality of its food.
