A lot of people point out that waiters serve good biryani here. Sadly, if you look through the guests' comments, the staff is efficient at this restaurant. Downscale service is something that visitors would like to improve here. The atmosphere is peaceful, as clients see it. But guests rate Hotel Athidhi below average on Google.

We arrived at 8:10AM and they didnt have masala dosa. It would only be ready by 9:30AM. Now I have settled with idly and no vada Sambar was tasty and fresh

Very bad service. Veryy bad customer service. They don't know how to deal customers. I was waited for 30 mints to give a order. They don't come to our table to take order. I not satisfied in their service & shop

morning I had appam and muttakari from this hotel near KSRTC Bus Stand, Angamaly. Both were really delicious, especially the muttakari. The service is very good, and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the toilet, which is well-maintained. Overall, a great place for tasty food and good hospitality.
