The food and food service were good — the coconut rice, in particular, was delicious! However, I had a disappointing experience with the elderly gentleman at the reception. His attitude was unwelcoming and discouraging. After finishing my meal, I needed to do some office work for about 15 minutes. I politely asked if I could use a power outlet to charge my laptop. The nearest one was far from the seating area, so I requested a chair so I could sit and work near the outlet, but he again denied the request, saying, “People are not allowed to work here,” and asked me not to sit near the entrance. I explained that I was only trying to use the switch he had directed me to and wasn’t given any other alternative. Eventually, after I continued standing while charging my laptop, he reluctantly offered a charging point at his desk for a short time. This response felt unnecessarily rigid and unaccommodating, especially when I was not occupying space without ordering. It’s uncommon for restaurants to prohibit brief work from the waiting area, especially when done respectfully. Service: 1

Had breakfast in Hotel Atharva. Service boy Suraj served well. Very close to Tata Charging station. Good place to relax if your vehicle is getting charged. Service: 5
