I recently visited Hotel Ashok Veg and was genuinely impressed with the overall experience. One of the biggest highlights for me—and many others—was their exceptional tea. It’s rich, aromatic, and the perfect companion to their breakfast offerings. Speaking of breakfast, their masala dosa and idli vada sambar truly stand out. The dosa was crisp and flavorful, and the idlis were soft and fluffy. While the vada could’ve been a bit crisper, and the sambar slightly thicker with a stronger punch, the overall taste still hit the right notes. Another major plus point is the availability of parking and zero waiting time, which makes it very convenient, especially during peak hours. The service is fast and attentive, ensuring that you don’t have to wait long for your order, which I always appreciate. What also caught my attention was the diverse and extensive vegetarian menu—there’s something for everyone, whether you’re in the mood for a light snack or a full South Indian meal. Overall, Hotel Ashok Veg offers a satisfying dining experience with room for small improvements. I’d still highly recommend it, especially for their tea and classic breakfast dishes.
