1/5 Stars - Unacceptable Experience: Food Contamination and Poor Customer Service* I'm extremely disappointed to share our horrific experience at [Hotel ashirvadh]. My friends and I visited their restaurant, expecting a pleasant dining experience. Unfortunately, the evening turned into a nightmare. One of my friends discovered maggots (live worms) in their food, which is absolutely unacceptable. We immediately brought this to the attention of the hotel staff, expecting a sincere apology and prompt action. However, their response was shocking. The staff seemed unconcerned and unapologetic, failing to take our complaint seriously. They didn't offer any explanation, apology, or compensation for the distress caused. This lack of empathy and accountability is appalling. Food safety and hygiene are fundamental expectations in any hotel or restaurant. The presence of maggots in food is a clear indication of poor kitchen practices and inadequate quality control. I strongly advise against visiting this hotel until they take concrete steps to address their food safety issues and improve their customer service. *Recommendation:* Avoid this hotel until they demonstrate a commitment to food safety and customer satisfaction.
