Food quality and recipe not good !!!!!! I ordered mutton dum biryani, first it was cooked in palm oil , you can smell it when cold or it's stickiness on your fingertips. Second it was a combination of jeera rice style rice with tawa mutton masala kind of dish . Not at all biryani recipe. Not worth !

Not ok for parcel process I was order for some foods in large size and still when I get that parcel then I realised that which ordered I was applied is not proper No taste , Less quantity & all vegetables is not available in that parcel After that I was call to reception and complaint for this then they said will manage next time pls do not come now This is not professional way of talking with customers To , Hotel Asha Staff ( Kothrud ) Specially to Shailesh Have to learn how treat to the customers when customers have a loss from you and your team Bad Experience , Third class Service & Very Unprofessional managers ( Shailesh ) Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
