Onam Sadhya experience at Hotel Arya's Grand was truly exceptional! The Sambar and Pappu(with Ghee) stood out, and the overall meal was a perfect blend of flavors. Exceptional Service at Aryaas Grand – A Shoutout to Sethu, Kanchan, and Rajdul! I had a truly pleasant dining experience at Aryaas Grand, and a big part of that was thanks to the wonderful service provided by Sethu, Kanchan, and Rajdul. These three individuals went above and beyond to ensure that every part of our visit was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. Sethu was incredibly polite and attentive throughout our meal. He greeted us with a warm smile, offered suggestions from the menu with genuine interest, and regularly checked in to ensure everything was to our satisfaction — all without being intrusive. Kanchan was very efficient and well-coordinated. The way he managed multiple tables with calm professionalism was impressive. He ensured our orders arrived on time, well-presented, and just as we had requested. His hospitality added a calm and welcoming vibe to the atmosphere. Rajdul brought a cheerful and friendly presence to the table. He made us feel at home by interacting in a kind and respectful manner, always ready to help with a positive attitude. His attention to detail and dedication to customer service truly stood out. All three of them worked as a great team — always alert, polite, and professional. It’s clear that they care about the guest experience, and their service made our visit memorable. I sincerely appreciate their efforts and hope they get the recognition they deserve.
