Terrible Experience – Not Worth a Penny! Hotel Aruna is a complete rip-off! The place is grossly overpriced for the poor service and facilities they offer. There’s no proper parking (or barely any), making it a nightmare for guests. To make things worse, one of their staff members is outright arrogant and rude, with zero sense of customer service. For the price they charge, you’d expect basic courtesy and proper amenities, but all you get is attitude and disappointment. Avoid this place at all costs – there are far better hotels nearby for the same or even lower price! Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

One of the oldest hotels in Palayam. The food served here is of an average vegetarian restaurant taste. Quite clean place. Parking is limited. Foods are a bit costly. Conveniently located in the heart of the city, it’s an ideal spot for a quick bite or a leisurely meal. Parking would be difficult esp.on a working day! Overall, Hotel Aruna is highly appreciated for its consistent quality, reasonable pricing, and wide variety of vegetarian offerings. New review: Recently ordered from this place via Zomato and tried their tomato rice, which came with beans thoran, raita, and papad. The food was tasty, fresh, and served warm—really satisfying! Packaging was neat and secure as well. Overall, I really liked it! Even tried their mushroom fried rice..it was fine along with it , it had raita too Well packed ! Food was fresh & warm too! Also tried their masala dosa, chapathi, and puri—all served with a variety of side curries. The taste was good overall, but the chutney can be unpredictable—sometimes extremely spicy ️!
