I visited Arogya Bhavan on 25/09/2025. The sambar served with my idly contained what looked like cockroaches. When I showed this to the management they said it was mustard seeds. This is a serious hygiene concern. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast

Horrible service and extremely unprofessional management. The person running this place has no sense of hospitality and absolutely does not deserve to be in this business. My father had placed an order for evening snacks and coffee for an engagement. The venue was clearly mentioned in their own bill, yet when we went to collect the order, they failed to provide even the basic essentials. Food was packed in vessels without utensils, no paper cups for coffee, and only after repeated requests did they reluctantly provide some cups. I was forced to argue for 20 minutes, pleading for utensils so the order wouldn’t go to waste, but the person in charge arrogantly replied, “We are not responsible for your mistakes of not coming prepared.” and walked away.This is not just unprofessional—it is inhumane. Their excuse that they “assumed” the order was for a home event, despite the venue being mentioned, is utterly ridiculous. Such negligence and arrogance can completely ruin an important occasion. I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place. If you value your event and your peace of mind, do not trust them. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The porrota was not good enough. It was so dry , and a mouse easily went inside to the kitchen. Worst restaurant ever. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
