We had a pleasant stay at Apsara hotel for 2 nights. They have big property, and rooms are spacious. They have playing area for kids as well. The hotel is at walkable distance from market. Walkability: Location is good and it's near main market. Rooms: 5 Service: 4 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Luxury, Kid-friendly

The hotel is a total hype for the price it takes. We had to book the room in premium category paying more than 4200/- INR for one night for a room with hot water only for 02 hrs in the morning and 01 hr in the evening, even during winters of Mahabaleshwar. There is a so called TV which hardly runs one channel. The room was definitely clean but that is a bare minimum what a hotel must provide of course. There was nothing like a premium category. You don't have cellular network in the hotel at all, there is WiFi which runs in shared n/w of 8 mbps hardly. Not at all enough if you want do remote work or voice/video calls, especially in this era of 5G. The restaurant of the hotel is quite Poor, no good food at all. Rooms: 3 Service: 2 Location: 2
