Went to this restaurant recently and the worst part was the staff behaviour. They were very rude and arrogant, and didn’t treat customers with basic respect. Even for simple things like ordering, asking for water, or requesting extra items, their response was irritating and disrespectful. No proper service, no courtesy, and they behaved like customers are a burden. Food may be okay or not — but when staff attitude is this bad, the whole experience becomes disgusting. Not recommended. Won’t visit again.

(0.5 Star). I recently visited Hotel ApoorvaA while returning from Palani to Dindigul. I found this place on Google as one of the best vegetarian hotels near Ottanchathiram bypass. The exterior lighting and interior design looked excellent, so our family and friends were excited to try the food. However, the experience was very disappointing. They served three types of chutney and one kurma at the beginning, which looked promising, but the food quality did not match the appearance. The noodles we ordered for my daughter were not good, and she refused to eat it. The chutneyt item was average. The parotta was extremely hard—felt like eating a stone. Only the dosa was somewhat okay. Even for takeaway noodles, they didn’t provide a fork, only a spoon. ( FORK ENGEDA NOODLES SAPTA .ANNE, FORK ILAYAM SPOON IRUKAAM) For all this, the bill came to ₹1498, which felt completely overpriced for the quality served. Everyone in our group was disappointed with the taste, though the ambience was good. Overall, the food quality was poor, and the experience did not justify the price.
