It was nice experience to stay here. Quality of room and service provided by the staff Vinod also the assistance provided by front office staff Dilip was Awsum. Must recommend Service: 4

Hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. We booked deluxe room for 3 but during check in they upgraded us... which is very kind of them. We liked the service and ambience a lot. The location is also very good... connectivity is near the highway. Service: 5

We had a lovely stay. Food & service was very nice. Neat and clean room. Value for money A few service team members that I would like to commend are : 1.Vinod from HK, very helpful 2.Shabi from F&B, she checked us in, very pleasant 3.Dillip from FO helped us in check out & 4. Faizal from F&B, very good and positive attitude. Few suggestions: 1. When you are charging 3k-4k for a room, please don't charge for a bucket of ice, leaves a bad taste and impression 2. Please proper communication between departments, we had to fight for services with F&B which we were promised at check in. Overall a good experience, we will surely stay here when we travel next to Sikar Service: 4
