I rarely write reviews, but my experience here was disappointing enough to deserve one. Worst hygiene, The hygiene at this place is appalling. I noticed flies sitting directly on the sweets, which was absolutely disgusting. This sweet shop and restaurant clearly has no respect for its customers. To begin with, they don’t even offer a basic courtesy — a glass of water — which is the bare minimum you’d expect at any eatery. When asked, the staff acted as though we were inconveniencing them by simply expecting some basic hospitality. On top of that, the behavior of the staff was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the visit. No smile, no politeness, no willingness to help — just cold stares and curt responses. You can have the best sweets or food in the world, but if you treat your customers like a burden, nothing else matters. With so many better places around that know how to treat people decently, I would strongly recommend avoiding this one. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If you don’t want to ruin your day, avoid this place at all costs. The staff here are unprofessional, rude, and downright insulting — they treat customers like a nuisance rather than guests. The hygiene is appalling too; the place is filthy and feels neglected. If you enjoy being ignored, insulted, and treated like an ATM, this is the perfect place for you! Customer service? Never heard of it. They won’t even bother offering you a glass of water — because why waste water when they can squeeze money out of you instead? Humanity seems to have checked out of this hotel long ago. Visit at your own risk if you’re into that kind of torture.
