One-Star Review for Hotel Anchal Restaurant, Bhadrak I recently visited Hotel Anchal Restaurant, and it was a highly disappointing experience. Food - 0/5: We ordered a veg biryani and a chicken biryani (leg piece biryani). Both dishes were excessively oily and unhealthy. We couldn’t even finish the food, leaving it aside to save our health. Service - 0/5: The staff’s behavior was completely unprofessional. They were sitting in the AC area, casually using their mobiles as if they were at home. To make matters worse, one of them was using their mobile on loudspeaker, disturbing everyone around. Atmosphere - 0/5: The atmosphere was appalling. The washing basin looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years, possibly six! The tables and chairs were also dirty, making the entire dining experience extremely unpleasant. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It needs serious improvements in every aspect.
