I have stayed for 04 nights in the month of May. Rooms are very average and top of that first day air condition was not working, after so many complaints it was rectified on the second day, wherein air condition working in such a way wherein after sometime small ice cubes are coming, Again after many complaints they have guided how to operate the AC. on the third night i slept with using half bed as rest of the bed was full wet. later on the fourth they have changed my room which was ok. Service is very poor wherein after so many calls we do receive services. very poor experience. Only good thing is the outer area is pretty good to seat with and restaurant is also good. Service: 1

Good hotel. Very neat and clean. Food also good. It is not expensive. It is upto the level of 3 to 5 star with low price. For tea lover its tea is ultimate. Staff behaviour is also best. Ambient good. I never expected this kind of hotel in this price Service: 5
