I wanted to give zero stars but its not an option. I ordered food from them, I clearly mentioned that dont make it spicy at all and above that I called immediately. This preparation is worse than a dhaba even they give fresh food and follow customer preference. My parents had to eat this that's y I called also to double ensure. There is extreme burning sensation in chest that's how much spicy they prepared. Inspite of being sorry the manager on call has only shown arrogance and said everyone likes our food if u dont it doesn't matter. Shame on such hotel. I previously ordered many things from here it was first time I ordered main course. Hotel Alpine is out of my list now forever. I don't know abt their in house services but food and staff on call who takes order is certainly not good Service: 1
