Pleasant and comfortable stay at hotel all seasons! Hassle-free check-in and property is located at the bay of ashtamudi lake. Rooms were clean and tidy. We were offered complementary boat ride (30 minutes) as part of the booking. Few negatives would be, we didn't get any welcome drink as mentioned in the booking site and lake area needs more maintenance a Lil maintenance could do wonders to what they have. One suggestions would be to rent bikes for customers (on additional cost) who stay there so that they can travel to kollam city and come back at their comfort. Over-all a nice stay!
