1. First of all the location is such that you see huge traffic to reach. 2. Rooms are too small and dirty. 3. For dinner you need to go to ground floor which has dim lights as people sit here for boozing. If you are the odd one out then you will face challenge. 4. Service is absolutely poor, room no 210 washroom flush not working next day hand spray also not working 5. The reception asked what would you like to have in breakfast I pre ordered dosa which never arrived 6. For water above 500ml you have to pay extra 7. Card not working every time you have to go to reception for keys to open the main door 8. AC will run at 25 and you can't change it either you keep it as it is or switch it off In totality if you drink and you damn care about service this is the hotel to go I guess they have enough guests coming in and they are not even expecting any quality Service: 1
