I had just ordered grilled chicken from al buhari and has a foul smell and the chicken is spoiled and there is a colour change too. I don’t know how this people dare to sell this to customers. What if someone dies because of food poison. Please don’t order anything from this hotel if you care about your family. Food: 1 Service: Delivery Price per person: ₹400–600

I had a terrible experience ordering from Hotel Al Buhari Since 1988, Porur, Chennai via Zomato. I ordered Bread Halwa and Chicken Fried Rice + Tandoori Chicken Mini. Unfortunately, the chicken served was raw, red inside, smelled foul, and tasted extremely bad — clearly undercooked and unsafe for consumption. After eating, I suffered severe stomach pain and dysentery, which has ruined my day and affected my health seriously. This is completely unacceptable, as food safety and hygiene should be the top priority for any restaurant. I raised a concern with Zomato but received only a ₹55 coupon for the same restaurant — shocking and disappointing customer care for such a serious health issue. No proper resolution was provided. Please be cautious before ordering from this place. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their food quality and kitchen hygiene standards before someone else falls sick.
