Tourists like Chinese and Indian dishes at this restaurant. Try good chicken biryani, tandoori chicken and prawns. It is good to try delicious cordial. You will hardly forget great tea that you can taste.

It's easy to find Hotel Akshaya due to the great location. The well-trained staff reflects the style and character of this place. Spectacular service is something that visitors note in their comments. You are to be pleasantly impressed with adequate prices at this spot. Many reviewers point out that the ambiance is quiet here. I think Hotel Akshaya should pay more to their working staff and improve the quality of service. Even they also not provided clean room, bedsheet and blanket were not clean, Ac stopped working at night, toilet was also not clean, calling to the service number- no response from their side. And most importantly, the service staff always crave for "Tips(Money)" how you'll give Tip to a person who've not done anything and even if you give them, you got nothing just wastage of money. They say in their description that "We have sanitized rooms, hot running water" how foolish even I can't see a single sign of sanitization done, not a single person came to clean room, geyser was not there and even not working and I specially specified that I need geyser also. Everybody knows this is pandemic time and even in such conditions, someone who's visiting your hotel doesn't get any kind of good service. They also charged me 25Rs for each mineral water bottle which literally costs only 20Rs. Okay, Let's consider they took charge of refrigerator but charging 5Rs more on each bottle is not fair and even I ordered normal mineral water bottle not cold. Even the Government recommends to sell the product below or according to the MRP and not a single Rupee more than that. I'm a student, I came there for an interview and can't provide too much of Tips to the the servants and even I pay by my own will, they just crave for more money. I don't know what kind of professionalism this hotel staff followed. Even considering Tips, they can be provided according to will of the Customer. "SUCH A REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE IN THIS COVID PERIOD". Even I also checked with my friends about Tips in their hotels, they also told me there's strict rule of tips in their hotel and they have not provided any kind of Tip to the staff. "I'LL NOT EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL AGAIN, EVEN IF I VISIT VIZAG AGAIN.... SUCH A WASTAGE OF MONEY". I went there because it was close to Railway station but even when its your important day, you've to report somewhere urgently, they just stop you and ask for Tip. Now coming to the food, they don't had food service available and previously I called them that whether food service is available or not, people know it's Pandemic time and you don't want to go outside, maintaining the COVID protocol, I reached there and got to know food service not available, then why did they previously promised. It was a new place, how could I find appropriate place to eat and also they told our boy will bring you food whatever you want in dinner, I ordered Butter Chicken, I can't see a single piece of chicken in that just provided Curry and even charged 240Rs for that. Everybody knows how butter chicken looks. I really feel that I made a mistake of booking this hotel and think that they're just money oriented and not provided any kind of proper service. "NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BOOK THIS HOTEL". That's all about my experience. If something can be done it's appreciatable and if not then you'll surely be getting more BAD REVIEWS.
