Horrible reception. Today I had called their ontact no provided in website. After so many calls one mr pradhanto picked up my called. He said he will check availability and will get back in 10 min. He didn't bother to call back neither he picked up my call. After calling several time he picked up and said there is no room. If they behave like this before stay then what will be their service After chek in

I went to Hotel Akash Sarovar, Purulia last night on Durga Puja Saptami for dinner. The chicken bharta was really bad – it tasted awful and looked like chicken ghughni. They also charged ₹40 for a ₹20 water bottle. When I complained to the manager, he completely ignored me. Very disappointed with the food, service, and overcharging. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Service: 1
