Rooms are okay and clean ambience. But..big BUT, if you're rely on wifi for your work you'll be in trouble. Internet will be off quite often and has very poor reception. Not just one floor or room problem, entire hotel has same issue. I've complained many times but no use. If you don't care about internet/wifi then you'll be fine. Staff are polite and service is really good. They keep clean all the time. Service: 4

Pathetic Service this time. Reception and Room Service is as usual unresponsive. They not even bother to apologies for their delays and mistake. This was not experienced during our stays earlier days. Next time will stay in other hotel. They hesitate to contact us with their managers too. Rooms are ok but this time is not even cleaned. Service: 1

Hotel Aira has wonderful well maintained rooms with good lighting and amenities. Kohinoor restaurant is also good, however bit pricey. However quantity and quality is good which can adjust the price issue. Food tastes good.Service wise all departments gave good service. Fully satisfied with Aira.Location is very close to all malls and restaurants, however the immediate front of hotel has panshop and tea stall which seems to be the favorite spot for youth smokers till latenight. No one bothers you though however it would be a concern for few guests who are non smokers.
