Booked a last minute trip to Kottayam and Hotel Aida was recommended to us and so we stayed there. Helpful staff, the renovated rooms are nice and had everything you need. The food in the restaurants was excellent. We ate many meals both in Theo’s and The Outhouse. The wifi wasn’t great but that was all I’d really complain about. Service: 5

Very good hotel to stay in Kottayam. I would say the best hotel in Kottayam town. Excellent rooms. Excellent service From the staff. Value for money. Huge parking space.. Bar attached You will get everything here... Highly recommended for groups, family and professionals... Great place in Kottayam Service: 5
