Worst experience when I had booked room online firstly the manager is denying that the booking was not with them when I reached the destination they are not having the booking even I had confirmed the booking before on call and as booking is done with breakfast but the manager had denied the that they can't give breakfast rooms bed sheets are not clean and even torn the worst experience with the hotel 4 seasons Service: 1
