Pathetic place and pathetic service. I ordered a Focaccia Chicken Sandwich & what I got was uncooked regular sandwich bread with stale onion pieces and hair clinging to the chicken piece.
Garlic bread had everything but garlic in it.
Worst of all, my motichoor rabdi was inadvertently changed to motichoor raita and had a garnish of mosquito in it!!

Okay here it goes.. I ordered from them the 2nd time today. Last time they sent me stapler pins in veg Nachos and it punctured my lip. To give them a second chance, I ordered 4 items today- Aloo tikki Hot dog, in multigrain bread, Chicken Salami, chicken Cheese melt hot dog and Veg Bruschetta. The box of Aloo tikki had a Chicken salami in multigrain bread which had me confused if it is veg or not, I took a bite and tadaaa! It is chicken!! I am a vegetarian so not cool for me!!!! Verified by a non vegetarian that indeed, it is chicken. The aloo tikki in white bread (not called for) was in chicken salami tagged box. To make it more fun, you delivered everything, literally, including the FREE dessert, all tossed up! So half of it has been eaten by the box already. Welldone. You guys are good for nothing. Seriously. Too bad. Not once but you failed the 2nd time as well.
