We stayed at hotel Palm Pacific and they owns Robotic Restaurant. We didn’t know food will robotically served and was a surprise for us. We ordered some Chinese items and taste was good. Ambiance and atmosphere were great and would highly recommend to visit this restaurant. Its one of the very few Robotic Restaurants in India. I visited on 2/11/24 at lunch time. The quality of the food I ordered was very good. But I must add that the service was pathetic. Received the wrong order by staff, no water was served for 10 min. even after placing the order for the same when they served water no glass were provided. The renovation work was also going on inside while customers were dining. Zero rating for service.
