Review – Hot Pot Pizza Shop Today my family and I visited Hot Pot Pizza for the first time. First of all, I really liked the ambience and lighting – it created a nice atmosphere. The size and taste of the pizza were impressive and definitely lived up to our expectations. However, a few things could have made the experience even better: The music was too loud. We were informed it would be turned down, but later it remained unchanged. We didn’t feel especially welcomed as new customers. A small gesture like offering a complimentary water bottle, soft drink, or fries would have made us feel more appreciated and added to the experience. The staff member who attended us didn’t seem to go the extra mile to make us comfortable. Overall, it was a good experience because of the food and setting, but some small improvements could make it feel warmer and more customer-friendly. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
