The pizza base felt overly thick and slightly undercooked in the center, making it doughy rather than crisp. The toppings were minimal, and the cheese layer seemed sparse, which made the pizza feel dry and less satisfying. The seasoning also lacked balance, resulting in a rather bland flavor profile. Service is another area that needs improvement. Although the staff were not rude, they appeared disengaged and slow, even when the outlet was not busy.
