Extremely unprofessional and rude behavior. We placed our first order, ate, then placed a second order. When we took just 2-3 minutes to decide on a third order, the staff deliberately turned off the AC — clearly trying to push us out. What’s worse? The restaurant is overpriced for what it serves. Basic food at premium rates, and zero sense of hospitality. And no, it wasn’t about crowd — many tables were empty. They just didn’t want us sitting “too long,” even though we were still ordering. If you're looking for a place that values customers, skip this one. Hot Pan is more about ego than service. Not recommended. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: ₹600–800
