Absolutely terrible experience with Zomato and hot chilli. I ordered a mojito, and what I received was a mess wrapped in plastic, with no proper packaging whatsoever. . This is not only unprofessional but also extremely unhygienic. I expect better standards when ordering food and drinks, especially from a reputed platform like Zomato. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of care in the delivery process. This experience has definitely made me reconsider ordering from Zomato in the future.
