I waited for over an hour to receive my order, which is completely unacceptable. When the food finally arrived, the shawarma quality was very poor — stale taste, badly prepared, and not worth the price. What made the experience worse was the staff’s attitude. When I politely informed them about the bad quality of the food, there was no proper response, apology, or attempt to resolve the issue. It felt like customer feedback didn’t matter at all. Long waiting time, bad food quality, and zero customer care. Definitely not recommending this place unless they seriously improve their service and food standards. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

One of the worst bakers in kollam ,they treat like beggars and all staff behaviour is like blind peoples , worst experience , poor sevice
