I ordered 2 Dindigul Chicken Biriyani's from the reputed HOT Cakes bakery(Kottiyam) in Kollam, priced at Rs. 160 each. Each biriyani had just 2 chicken pieces, both about the size of a small lemon—barely worth Rs. 10. It's disappointing to see how customers are being overcharged like this. I reported this issue to a staff member named Prakash. He listened and said action would be taken. I even shared images with him, but there has been no response or follow-up so far. Please note, all HOT Cakes outlets receive their biriyani from the HOT Cakes Borma in Kundara. If you're planning to buy biriyani from HOT Cakes, think twice.
