The Cake point has rude customer service and arrogance of foot fall. As a business that serves food they have bad attitude towards customers. I have seen and was prest in their shop when an they were behavior was pathetic. As Cake point is famous for their variety their customer service and negative attitude should consider when choosing outlet to spend money.
