the custard fruit cake which i got for my friend’s birthday is quite literally the best cake i have ever had. its a custom made cake, no hassles no confusion. the service was pleasing, the delivery of the cake was prompt. overall this was one of the best experiences i’ve had with ordering custom made cakes. needless to say, the cake tasted amazing. i’m also so thankful for Mr. Vivekanandan who took my order in the last moment and preparing one of the best tasting cakes in such a short notice. Terrible experience at Hot Breads. Ordered a chicken burger, but it was served cold. When I complained, they just reheated it instead of replacing it. The bread got burnt, turning black, while the cutlet and patty remained frozen inside—completely unacceptable. I asked for a reduced bill, but they just kept quiet and did nothing. They should have either replaced the burger or adjusted the bill, but their response showed a complete lack of care. Would not recommend.
