I’m genuinely blown away by the service my friend and I experienced at Hoppumm. The owner was incredibly kind and attentive. He personally helped us choose what to order, and the food did not disappoint. But what truly set the experience apart was his gesture when it started raining. Noticing we didn’t have an umbrella, he sent a staff member to walk us out with a spare one. I mean, who does that? It was such a thoughtful and unexpected act of kindness. I didn’t get his name, but if you’re reading this, thank you so much, sir. Service like this is rare, and your generosity was really commendable.
