Pathetic Experience – Poor Service & Unacceptable Food Standards My experience at Hoppers, Ranjit Avenue, Amritsar was extremely disappointing. The overall service was below average and the food was served at room temperature, which is completely unacceptable. This issue was immediately highlighted to the management, however they were least bothered and showed no intent to resolve the concern. What was even more shocking was that at 10:30 PM, the main course was not being served at all. When asked for the reason, the staff casually mentioned that they were focusing on serving snacks instead. Ironically, even the snacks served were cold and not even warm. Which restaurant or hotel refuses to serve a proper main course at such a time and instead offers cold snacks? This clearly reflects poor planning, lack of professionalism, and complete disregard for guest experience. Overall, a pathetic experience with unacceptable service standards. I would not recommend this place to anyone expecting quality food and basic hospitality. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: ₹1,800–2,000

Always Understaffed. Have to remind them multiple times about the order which they forget. Music and atmostphere is not so bad. But the service lets you down. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
