Worst service, order was accepted on Swiggy at 12:28 am, after one hour delay I call the restaurant and the mobile number is switch off, then I look forward and call the Swiggy customer care at 1:20 am and came to know that the restuarant is closed. At 1:39 am they sent me a message that my order is out for delivery, hahaha very funny and cheap restaurant. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered from Swiggy. Order was not being picked up by the driver. It got up to 45 minutes and of course we started arguing with Swiggy for an update or a refund. Called up the restaurant but got the service centre who said because of bulk order there was a delay. We got angry and got the order cancelled from Swiggy and got the refund. We ordered from another restaurant in the mean time. We get a call from a dude after a while who said he's coming to deliver our order from Hong's Kitchen. We were confused but later found out that a delivery driver had got into an accident on the way to the restaurant. He was hurt pretty bad and of course his phone wasn't reachable. That's why nobody knew what had happened, and we didn't as well. The restaurant manager STILL made sure we got our order, AND made sure the driver who got into an accident got to a hospital. That's very very generous, given that they'd not got paid and we'd got the order cancelled from Swiggy. We had no idea what had hapened, otherwise we wouldn't have got the order candelled, obviously or made such a fuss about it. We really hope we he driver is okay and recovers. We are very sorry for any inconveniences caused to the restaurant and any people involved. 5 star to this restaurant because of all that AND the food was amazing. AND it was hot.
