I recently visited Honest restaurant on Ahmedabad Mumbai Highway(Kosamba) handled by Khodiyar group from Bharuch, and while the food was decent, the experience was completely ruined by the manager’s (Lokesh) attitude. Instead of addressing concerns professionally, he was rude, dismissive, and egoistic. His arrogance made it clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority. A restaurant’s atmosphere is not just about the food—it’s about hospitality, and unfortunately, this place fails miserably in that regard. Definitely not returning.
