Food was good on given price point. seasonal special may be provided to enhance customer experience. I was visiting Gujrat and was expecting local cuisine or some local delicacy, like undhiyo, katcchi dabeli, kathiwadi dishes etc. Dal makhani was not authetic. We had to wait for 15 mins as all tables were full. The food is average, but too oily! We ordered Chhole Puri and Mysore masala Dosa. Dosa was average. But the Puri was soaked with oil and the Chhole gravy was hardly any chhole and more of oil/butter floating. Also the chhole quantity was very less considering the big sized Bhaturas. Chhaas was the saviour, the only perfect thing they provided.
