An experience beyond baking – truly heartfelt service As a yearly ritual, I had reached out to Rashmi Ma’am for ordering a birthday cake for my mother-in-law, and as always, the cake was delicious and the ordering process was smooth and seamless. This time, however, the occasion was extra special. It was my mother-in-law’s 61st birthday, which in Maharashtra is celebrated as “Ekshashthi.” Traditionally, this involved preparing 61 diyas made from wheat flour (atta) and performing an aarti for the person turning 61, marking an important milestone in their life. While I was trying to execute this traditional ritual in Ranchi, Jharkhand, I had reached out to Rashmi Ma’am with a very unusual request. This was not related to baking at all—it was about helping create 61 atta diyas and ensuring they were delivered perfectly along with the cake to my in-laws. Despite her busy schedule, Rashmi Ma’am had not only accepted this completely out-of-scope request but had executed it flawlessly. She had gone above and beyond, handling everything with such care and professionalism that she truly made our day. Because of her, I was able to give my in-laws a beautiful and emotional memory—something they will cherish forever. Living abroad, such thoughtful support had meant the world to me. Rashmi Ma’am had consistently been a pillar of trust, helping me make important family moments special even from miles away. I was forever grateful to Rashmi Ma’am—not just for her amazing cakes, but for her kindness, reliability, and willingness to go the extra mile. I would highly recommend her bakery to anyone looking for not just great food, but genuine, heartfelt service. Thank you once again, Rashmi Ma’am.
